What are the steps from first contact to engagement?
You send a case summary (or WhatsApp once the number is live) → we run a conflict check and say if we can act → firm quote and written engagement → work with updates → closing and file handover. A form alone is not an engagement.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
We do not use “free consultation” as the homepage headline or primary button. Whether a limited first discussion is available, and on what terms, follows the firm’s uniform note [compliance review pending]. Formal legal services are engaged and billed only through the firm.
Can a foreign company hire Chinese counsel for a supplier who will not ship?
Yes. A PRC law firm can handle China-side demand letters, talks, mediation, arbitration, or court work. Which path fits depends on your contract, your evidence, and where the other side sits. Send a short case summary first. Site text is not legal advice; a form submit is not an engagement.
