What to send
- Your full company name, country, and contact person
- China counterparty’s Chinese registered name or licence details if known
- Issue type: non-delivery / quality / deposit / trademark / NNN / FDI / award enforcement
- Amounts paid and dates (ranges OK)
- Contracts, POs, payment slips, key chat exports (redact OK)
- Desired result: ship, refund, replace, file, send letter, assess procedure, etc.
- Any hard deadline (hearing, opposition close, etc.)

Reply timing
On business days, usable summaries usually receive a reply within one business day: fit, missing documents, and how fees will be discussed (timezone [Pending]). Heavier files may take longer. Put urgent dates in the subject.
